the ASU Karsten Golf Course is a classic Pete Dye, links-style course
set in the shadows of ASU’s Sun Devil Stadium. Awarded 4 stars
by the prestigious Golf Digest Rating Panel, this well maintained
and challenging design features Dye’s signature mounding and
creative bunkering – making proper club selection essential
for low scoring. Top PGA and LPGA TOUR professionals such as Phil
Mickelson, Billy Mayfair and Grace Park have all sharpened their
skills at this premier facility.
The ASU Karsten Golf Course is a links style layout, highlighted
by lakes, mounds and pot bunkers. Four sets of tees ranging from
4,765 to 7,057 yards provide memorable variety for all levels of
players. Strategy is key and precise shot making is critical, as
many greens are partially hidden and well guarded by bunkers and
water.

Take Scottsdale Road south to Tempe. Once you pass over the Rio
Salado bridge, go left at the first intersection, Rio Salado Parkway.
The entrance to ASU Karsten Golf Course is located on your right
hand side. Please follow the signs to our convenient Bag Drop.
From Phoenix Sky Harbor:
Follow the Airport Exit signs to the 202 East. Once on the 202,
travel approximately 2 miles to the Scottsdale Rd/Rural Rd exit,
then turn right. Once over the Rio Salado bridge, go left at the
first intersection, Rio Salado Parkway. The entrance to ASU Karsten
Golf Course is located on your right hand side. Please follow the
signs to our convenient Bag Drop.
